The mission of CCT is to encourage & promote an interest in participating, observing, & supporting amateur theatre in the community of Clarinda, IA. We believe that access to the performing arts is a crucial part of the human experience & that the enjoyment of theatre with friends & neighbors adds significantly to the quality of life in all communities. We believe that the arts belong to everyone & that great art can & should be achieved & shared. CCT strives to provide an outlet for our talented community to share stories that delight, encourage, and illuminate. We also endeavor to create opportunities for both youth and adults to enhance life-long abilities to express themselves with clarity and conviction, foster individuality and encourage unique ideas.
