IS A NON-PROFIT CHARITABLE ORGANIZATION DEDICATED TO IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR HOMELESS INDIVIDUALS AND FAMILIES RECOVERING FROM THE EFFECTS OF SUBSTANCE USE DISORDERS BY PROVIDING A VARIETY OF SERVICES AS DESCRIBED BELOW IN QUESTION 4A.
