Delivering Fresh Meals and Critical Aid Rising Light Relief partners with trusted organizations to bring immediate relief and handson support to the most vulnerable members of the Western North Carolina community in the wake of Hurricane Helene. Our services support the elderly disabled those who lost their vehicles and homes to the floods and landslides and downed trees.
