Just prior to spring break, over 425 Newark City Schools second graders toured and explored all the Licking County Library has to offer and enjoyed an agenda full of interactive reading and fun! Students learned about the different ways to connect with this fantastic community resource whether through their summer reading program, summer dragon building plans or the simple option of checking out books, playaway audiobooks and board games! Every student left with their own library card (or a certificate if they already have a library card), backpack bag tag, a new book and more! (fb)
