Discover the powerful influence of water with 2025 ExAIR Artist-in-Residence Sarah Rowe 🌊 Join Rowe as she delves into the history and communal connections with Sheboygan’s waterways through a series of hands-on workshops and an upcoming exhibition. From April 8–17, Rowe will guide participants at the Arts Center and along local waterways in creating vessels and bundles from natural materials. The concept of “vessel” encompasses water’s many forms—from watercraft to containers to the human body—while “bundles” draw inspiration from Indigenous traditions of collecting and wrapping spiritually significant items for ceremonies or altars.
