The Executive Search Owners Association ESOA is a consortium of DallasFort Worth area executive search firm ownersoperators specializing in contingency contract and retained search. ESOA meets monthly to share stateoftheart practices and invest in resources that enable us to consistently improve our level of service encompassing all aspects of managing and directing a premiersearch firm. Membership is open to independent owners only and meetings are held monthly in North Dallas. ESOA welcomes new members who are owners of independent search firms be they single or multiple recruiter operations.
