A nonprofit 5013 organization to memorialize and honor all police K9s that have served Northern Illinois or that died while serving the citizens of Northern Illinois. In June 2004 Sinbad loyal and faithful Police K9 partner of Deputy Anthony Fanella lost his life due to heat stroke. At that time there was no memorial location to honor Sinbads service to the citizens of Lake County. Deputy Fanella has made it his personal mission that Sinbads memory not be forgotten.
