TO PROVIDE BASIC LIFE SUPPORT, AMBULATORY CARE, AND TRANSPORTATION TO AREA HOSPITALS FOR THE RESIDENTS OF THE TOWN OF NEW WINDSOR AND THE SURROUNDING AREAS.
