TO ASSIST MINORITY STUDENTS TO ENTER CAREERS IN THE FIELDS OF MEDICINE AND BIOMEDICAL RESEARCH BY PROVIDING THEM WITH OPPORTUNITIES TO MEET WITH ESTABLISHED PROFESSIONALS IN THEIR CHOSEN CAREER FIELDS, CREATING MENTORING RELATIONSHIPS AND PROVIDING CAREER EDUCATIONAL ADVICE.
