PROVIDE MEDICAL CARE TO INDIVIDUALS THAT ARE 200% BELOW THE POVERTY LEVEL IN A PRIMARY CARE SETTING. THIS WILL INCLUDE EXAMINATION, TREATMENT AND MEDICATION. INDIVIDUALS WILL BE SCREENED BEFORE BEING SEEN TO BE SURE THEY MEET FINANCIAL GUIDELINES.
