We consider the arts an integral part of life-long learning and work to provide the accessibility of public arts activities to all people. PIAC believes in the preservation of our cultural heritage and a responsible stewardship of community resources. We believe in the power of the arts as a creative force to stimulate the mind and feed the soul.
