THE WOMENS MENTAL HEALTH CONSORTIUM (WMHC)IS AN ASSOCIATION OF MENTAL HEALTH PROFESSIONALS IN THE GREATER NEW YORK CITY AREA WHO TREAT, STUDY AND TEACH ABOUT THE EMOTIONAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ISSUES AFFECTING WOMEN THROUGHOUT THEIR LIVES. THE FIRST RESOURCE OF ITS KIND NATIONWIDE, THE WMHC BRINGS TOGETHER DIFFERENT SPECIALISTS TO HELP WOMEN ACCESS THE BEST MENTAL HEALTH CARE AVAILABLE. OUR AIM IS TWO-FOLD. WE PROVIDE A CENTRALILZED RESOURCE WHERE WOMEN CAN FIND LICENSED PRACTIONERS WHO ARE BEST SUITED TO THEIR NEEDS SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE INFORMED CHOICES ABOUT THEIR MENTAL HEALTH CARE. WE PROVIDE NETWORKING, EDUCATION AND SUPPORT TO THE CLINICANS AND RESEARCHERS PROVIDING WOMEN WITH MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES.

Women’s Mental Health Consortium Belonging CommunityBuilding Meeting Friday April 4 2025 400PM Eastern Duration 2 hours WMHC invites you to meet members of our organization with whom you have common interests with whom you can identify or want to connect. While we are a big organization the goal is to create smaller subgroups within WMHC that provide a sense of belonging a place to find common interests and expertise exchange ideas and inspire and support each other. We will host an inperson event on Friday April 4th 400 600pm in midtown Manhattan. Drinks and snacks will be served.
