A NOT-FOR-PROFIT CORPORATION WHOSE PRINCIPAL PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE HOUSING FOR THE AGED AND HANDICAPPED UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE HOUSING ACT OF 1959.
