#Repost @diets_dont_work_haes1 with @use.repost ・・・ Posted @withregram • @lisa_ryding I still have thoughts of wanting a different body sometimes but THIS is how I broke down that wall that - even long after I had swapped diets for self-love and body acceptance - kept me stuck from fully breaking free from constantly thinking about my body. The last slide is the most important. A thought is just a thought. The action you take next (or the next thought you think) is what sets what follows in motion. ✨️For you who are tired of constantly thinking about your body, I have a special offer. A 2 week intensive where we figure out exactly what’s keeping you stuck and how to stop obsessing over your body.
