Although today is the last day of mental health month, we realize that mental health is something to be mindful of every day. At Aspiritech, our supportive employment model includes support staff that are there for all employees who may be dealing with mental health difficulties. Employees are also allowed (and encouraged!) to take mental health days off from working whenever the need arises. Most neurodivergent people deal with at least one (and often more than one) mental health challenge. We encourage everyone to seek out support if and when you are unable to cope on your own.
