Illinois Community College Student Activities Association Established 1978 Welcome The Illinois Community College Student Activities Association ICCSAA was started in 1978 when student activities professionals from eight community colleges in Illinois established the constitutional foundation for a statewide organization The ICCSAA is a commission of the Illinois Council of Community College Administrators and is the oldest of only three community college student activities associations in the United States.
