Clermont County, Southwest Ohio, Professional Orchestra The mission and purpose of the Cincinnati Philharmonic Orchestra (CPO) is the establishment of and furtherance of a professional symphony orchestra, the advancement of music education and music appreciation among the children and students of the community, the enrichment of the community through music, the encouragement, development and support of musicians in the Clermont community, and the promotion and support of the musical productions and special events in the Clermont community and the surrounding area.
