Health Centers came together last week for the second annual Workforce Summit at the Southeastern Live Well Center in San Diego. Presentations covered labor market trends, communicating across intergenerational workforces, transition planning, and compensation and benefits. A thriving, resilient, and sustainable workforce remains a top priority for the region, and collaboration at the summit provided attendees with actionable strategies to achieve success. Huge thanks to this year’s presenters for sharing their insight, expertise, and passion, supporting progress towards building a stronger healthcare workforce for our communities!
