AT THE SAME TIME, THE GOAL IS TO TRY TO INSTILL RESPECT FOR TEAMMATES, OPPONENTS, AND OFFICIALS AND THE VIRTURE OF OLD-FASHIONED SPORTSMANSHIP THAT INCLUDES GRACIOUSNESS IN BOTH VICTORY OR DEFEAT. PARENTS ARE ALSO ASKED TO REINFORCE THESE LESSONS WITH THEIR OWN BEHAVIOR AT THE RINK. NH Junior Avalanche Inc

Overview

NH Junior Avalanche Inc is a nonprofit organization that was previously listed as a tax-exempt entity with the Employer Identification Number (EIN) 20569117. However, as of recent updates, it is not included in the IRS's most recent list of tax-exempt organizations, despite having associated data available[1].

Financial History

Financial data from past years shows that the organization primarily generated revenue from program services. For example, in fiscal year ending March 2016, program services accounted for $545,388 of its total revenue, representing 100% of its income. Contributions were nonexistent during this period, and other sources of revenue, such as investment income and fundraising events, were also lacking[1].

Expenses included executive compensation of $41,750 and other salaries and wages of $50,287, which together accounted for about 17% of total expenses. At the end of 2016, the organization reported total assets of $95,480 and total liabilities of $161,323, indicating a net liability position[1].

In earlier years, such as fiscal year 2015, contributions played a minor role, contributing $60,000, or about 10.3% of total revenue. Program services again dominated, providing $520,843, or about 89.7% of revenue[1].

Leadership

Past leadership roles included Casey Kesselring as President, who received compensation of approximately $40,769 and $40,000 in 2016 and 2015, respectively. Other key positions were held by Bruce Harvey as Vice President and Karen White as Secretary/Treasurer, though many officers did not receive compensation during the reported periods[1].

Current Status

As NH Junior Avalanche Inc is not currently listed as a tax-exempt organization by the IRS, its current activities and financial status cannot be accurately detailed based on available data[1]. The website associated with this EIN is actually linked to the New Hampshire Avalanche Hockey Association rather than NH Junior Avalanche Inc, indicating a possible rebranding or unrelated entity[4].
