The Joint Office of Citizen Complaints assist citizens of Montgomery County, OH who have a problem or concern about a government agency and advocate for the rights of residents of long term care facilities.The Long-Term Care Ombudsman act as advocates to assist residents and families in Nursing facilities, Assisted Living, and Group Homes. Our mission is to promote high-quality, compassionate care for consumers of long-term care services through complaint investigation and resolution, and providing access to unbiased factual information on long-term care issues.
