Kiku Crossing is a groundbreaking, 100% affordable housing project made possible through close coordination by the developer (MidPen Housing) with the City of San Mateo. 😍 Check out that BIKE ROOM. 🚲 🚲 It can house over 300 bikes and has a repair station with tools and a tire pump. What a great amenity for residents! We learned all about what makes the transportation work for the residents here - from transit passes to bikes to its helpful proximity near jobs and services - this project has it all. And if you haven't heard about the Bay Pass, which is free to residents - check it out. What a great way to finish off Affordable Housing Month!
