Our final award news to come out of #SLASEurope2025 in Hamburg is all about the next generation of scientists. Congratulations to our three outstanding Student Poster Award winners: 🔴 Silvia Materna-Reichelt, Fraunhofer ITEM – Side-by-side Comparison of Three-dimensional Drug Screening Assays Identifies an Approach that Reduces Cost and Complexity and Increases Reproducibility 🟡 Maryam Salarian, Karlsruhe Institute of Technology (KIT) – Miniaturizing Drug Sensitivity and Resistance Rest for Non-Small Cell Lung Carcinoma on Droplet Microarray 🟢 Annika Wittich, Fraunhofer ITMP – High-throughput Screen Identifies Repurposable Drug Candidates for Multiple Sulfatase Deficiency All three winners received €500 cash and invitations to publish in SLAS Discovery or SLAS Technology. They will also be heard on an upcoming episode of the New Matter podcast.
