Anjellicle Cats Rescue is a no-kill, all-volunteer, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization. We are a member of the Mayor's Alliance and a New Hope Partner with Animal Care Centers of NYC (ACC). Anjellicle Cats Rescue (ACR) is an all-volunteer registered 501c3 cat rescue committed to helping make New York a no-kill city. As one of the most active rescues in the 5 boroughs, ACR is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and adopting out homeless and abandoned cats, with a focus on shelter and community animals. Through a coalition of volunteers and caregivers, each rescued cat is welcomed with kindness and medical care into a foster home to prepare it for adoption into a permanent, loving home. We believe no animal should be ill-treated and strive toward a day when awareness, education and compassion have served to permanently replace euthanasia as a solution to companion animal overpopulation. Our goal is to help make New York City a no kill city.
