The mission behind dogooddocs is to use film to increase the visibility of those working to alleviate the many social issues in our community. Its first project is the sponsoring and organization of the First Annual Bay Area Social Issues Documentary Film Contest SI DocFest for short which was conceptualized and organized by two of its cofounders Monica and Loreli Alba.
