This year as we celebrate Homes for the Aging Week in May, we're looking for donations of prom dresses and blazers for our residents to wear. Please consider donating your gently used dresses or blazers to make our residents the best dressed for our all-campus party that week. Please note that these donations will be altered and we are unable to return these items after the event. Residents of the Lyngblomsten Care Center have been gathering weekly for a language club. Recently, they learned the basics of the Japanese language, including its three writing systems of Kanji, Hiragana, and Katakana. From there, they have learned words, phrases, and pronunciation.
