CAPE is a coalition of national organizations and state affiliates serving religious and independent elementary and secondary schools. TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE EDUCATIONAL PLURALISM SO THAT PARENTS HAVE A CHOICE IN THE SCHOOLING OF THEIR CHILDREN, COMMUNICATION AND COOPERATION WITHIN THE EDUCATION COMMUNITY.
