Your Custom Text Here Home Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance The Lake Pepin Legacy Alliance LPLA is a grassroots organization whose mission is to protect and restore Lake Pepins water quality wildlife habitat public accessibility and recreational opportunities for everyone along the Upper Mississippi River. We have grown from a small neighborhood organization to one with over 1300 members across Minnesota Wisconsin and the country. As our membership grows so does our voice and ability to speak for Lake Pepin. Lake Pepin is facing challenges that have significance both near and far.
