The mission of the Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians Foundation is to support family physician health care delivery, research, education; and to promote the specialty of family medicine. The Minnesota Academy of Family Physicians Foundation exists to preserve and enhance the practice of family medicine in Minnesota.
