Asbestos Workers Local Union No 14 Joint Apprenticeship Training Fund
The Local 14 Training Center’s primary mission is to develop the most skilled, responsible and responsive insulators in the United States. THE PURPOSES OF THE FUND SHALL BE TO PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN FOR APPRENTCIES ENGAGED IN THE PIPE COVERING INDUSTRY IN THE WORK JURISDICTION AS DEFINED UNDER ARTICLE II OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PHILADELPHIA INSULATION CONTRACTORS ASSOCIATION, INC. AND THE INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF HEAT AND FROST INSULATORS AND ASBESTOS WORKERS LOCAL 14 OF PHILADELPHIA.
