THE PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE CORPORATION IS FORMED ARE TO ADVOCATE FOR AND BUILD PUBLIC AWARENESS OF ISSUES RELATED TO FAIR, EQUAL, AND REASONABLY PRICED ACCESS FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC TO PROFESSIONAL AND COLLEGIATE SPORTS IN THE UNITED STATES, INCLUDING THROUGH ACCESS TO STADIUMS AND SPORTS VENUES, TELEVISION AND RADIO PROGRAMMING, AND INTERNET DISTRIBUTION.
