Himalayan Youth Foundation (HYF) is an American based non-profit foundation that supports education projects for underprivileged children from remote regions of the Himalayas. HYF projects provide basic necessities like housing, food, clothing, and medical care along with education and lifelong mentorship. The Foundation is committed to providing our children with the learning tools and job skills necessary to raise the quality of life for themselves and for their communities. While all of our children receive the best academic education possible, they are also provided a strong foundation in their historical traditions and crafts. It is HYF's goal, the children relay this knowledge to improve quality of life of their communities and help facilitate a bright future for the world at large.
