Our trips and programs are designed for Maine teenagers to connect with their peers discover new things about themselves and the natural world and grow together. Our goal is to support the wellbeing of our teens so that they can enjoy healthy lives outside. Here are a few of the ways that outdoor time improves health Reduces Anxiety and Improves Mood Spending time in nature provides a respite from todays academic and social pressures elevates our moods lowers our blood pressure and even reduces stress hormones.
