THROUGH COLLABORATION, OUR ORGANIZATION GUIDES THE PHYSICAL, ECONOMIC, AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE NEIGHBORHOODS WE SERVE TOWARD IMPROVED QUALITY OF LIFE.

Our neighborhoods Our service area is a diverse community of nearly 28000 residents living on Clevelands west side along the coast of Lake Erie Housing affordability for residents with low incomes We own and manage 350 units of affordable housing and are codeveloping Karam Senior Living and Depot on Detroit.
