America's 15 miler is a scenic, challenging course starting at the West Virginia State Capitol. Join us September 2, 2023, for our 50th race! “America’s 15-miler” is a scenic but challenging 15-mile road race and three-person, 15-mile relay along the Kanawha River and through the South Hills neighborhoods of Charleston, West Virginia. The event also includes a flat and fast 5K run and walk. Hold an annual fitness event comprising a 15 mile run, a 5K run and 5K walk and a children's fun run. Approximately 1,200 participants were benefited.
