We love a good service project at The Phoenix Center! From Room 209 teacher Stephanie: "Our sandwich-making service project is complete with the drop-off made this morning to Toni's kitchen. They will be donating the sandwiches to Bloomfield College students that cannot cook and come to the kitchen weekly for food. One BC student, Daryl, is in the images with Kevin and Abdullah, and Elba shared that he was extremely appreciative. All together, the students made and delivered 115 sandwiches." Way to go Room 209, Abdullah (from Room 204) and Supported Employment! Also, big thanks to our friends at Toni's Kitchen for being so amazing! 🥰 (fb)
