Vision: A Philadelphia region where the playing field is level, and all kids are thriving. Starfinder is a sports-based youth development organization that combines soccer with mentoring, education, and leadership development, inspiring youth to assess and develop their talents despite social and economic obstacles and helping them achieve their full potential. We use soccer as the catalyst to transform the lives of youth from underserved neighborhoods through deep programming, supportive mentorship, and a tight-knit community.
