EVERY MOMENT COUNTS Hope 4 the Heart feeds 16000 individuals every month 50 non profit organizations that pick up food and take it back to their sites and we deliver food weekly to affordable housing apartment complexes trailer parks senior housing sites and more. Hope 4 the Heart donates over 3700000 lbs of food to our community every year.
