Our mission is to help individuals get and keep a good job. We are workforce development professionals who help those facing real barriers navigate an uneven job landscape. As a community nucleus since 1993, we have transformed and boosted the economic footing of thousands with quality job readiness programs and services. Our applied expertise allows those who have endured some of life’s harshest realities a new way forward where they own their self-sufficiency and economic mobility. Their upward trajectory and success is our great reward!
