Our mission is to collect, preserve, and display artifacts relating to the history of Princeville! The Historical Association of Princeville (HAP) collects and preserves artifacts relating to the history of Princeville, Illinois, and the surrounding communities. HAP strives to increase interest in local history and its relationship to the history of our nation. The Princeville Heritage Museum and the Akron Townhouse School are the setting for research and education regarding our town’s rich heritage.

Through displays programs and events at the museum the Historical Association of Princeville will strive to increase interest and in not only Princevilles past but the history of our nation.
