It is with immense sadness that we share the recent passing of our beloved colleague and friend, Dresidan Gatlin, known to our Boys & Girls Clubs family simply as “Gatlin.” For nearly a decade, Gatlin made an indelible impact on our mission and on each of us with his humor, his passion, and his heart. You always knew when Gatlin was in the room, and your day was always made better when he was. He was truly one of a kind—a vibrant presence and a force of life. Gatlin cared deeply about the Clubs, Club kids, and about his teammates. He was a treasured member of our family, and his absence will be profoundly felt by all of us. Our deepest sympathy goes out to Gatlin’s husband Gerald, his daughters, Madison and Kinley, family, and many friends. We wish them peace during this painful time.
