Join us for the James V. Brown Library’s Boots, Brews, and BBQ event on Thursday, July 10th, from 5:30 to 8:30 PM at the beautiful Herman & Luther’s Barn! Live country music will be provided by Kopper and Kash, get ready to dance the night away! Put on your best cowboy boots and hat, and get ready for an unforgettable evening of fun, food, and fundraising, all in support of a great cause. Proceeds will help create a brand new Technology Center at the Library, featuring private spaces for telehealth appointments, medical services, and more aimed at improving lives across Lycoming County. We’re just about a month away, so don’t miss your chance to grab your tickets! The last day to order is July 3rd. Tickets are $125 per couple and $62.50 per individual. On June 17th from 4:30 pm to 5:30 pm, teen and tween participants are invited to attend with their father or mentor to build bluebird nesting boxes. Jake Smith, an Environmental Education Specialist with the Pennsylvania Game Commission, will visit the Library to discuss bluebird habitats and how to conserve them.
