Share Hope is a socially-responsible apparel manufacturer striving to improve the lives of workers, one job at a time. The corporation is formed to alleviate poverty in developing countries by encouraging responsible and sustainable trade, particularly in the textile and apparel industry, and by improving the lives of indigent workers and their families in a specified labor sector. In furtherance of this charitable purpose, the corporation shall, by means of contributions or grants; providing, or contracting to provide, management support, technical assistance, and other executive services; making, or encouraging the making of, investments, directly or through the support of non-affiliated entities. The corporation will encourage access to social services to benefit the lives of said workers, not to exclude direct implementation.
