In furtherance of this charitable purpose, the corporation shall, by means of contributions or grants; providing, or contracting to provide, management support, technical assistance, and other executive services; making, or encouraging the making of, investments, directly or through the support of non-affiliated entities. The corporation will encourage access to social services to benefit the lives of said workers, not to exclude direct implementation.
