THROUGH PHI SIGMA PHO, OUR SISTERS DEVELOP THE HIGHEST STANDARD OF PERSONAL INTEGRITY AND CHARACTER, PROMOTING ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE, SUPPORTING PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT, AND MAINTAINING THE BOND OF SISTERHOOD.
