Welcome. Rochester Ice Hockey Officials Association RIHOA is a notforprofit corporation which collaborates with various hockey leagues in the Greater Rochester and surrounding areas to provide USA Hockey certified Ice Hockey Officials for youth and adult league programs. Our association has approximately 200 certified officials and operates year round to provide quality officiating to our programs tournaments states and national games. In addition to mandatory certification by the governing body RIHOAs members strive to provide a safe exciting learning environment for all players and coaches at all levels through uniform interpretation and enforcement of the rules governing the sport to promote a rewarding and fun experience for all of our youth and adult leagues.
