The Twig | The Twig Public Web Site. Who We Are Established in 1933 The Twig is The Junior Auxiliary of the Inova Alexandria Hospital. We provide financial aid volunteer service and support to the hospital. Thrift Shop All proceeds from The Twig Thrift Shop in Old Town Alexandria benefit the Inova Alexandria Hospital. Homes Tour The Twig hosts the Annual Historic Alexandria Homes Tour each September.
