The Relief Boutique, Inc. was formed to help economically disadvantaged women in the New York City area succeed in their employment by providing them with free professional clothing, shoes and accessories appropriate for the workforce. By providing personal service and professional attire to our clients, we aim to assist them in building confidence, a positive attitude and high self-esteem traits essential to successful employment and professional advancement. In 2015, the main activities of The Relief Boutique included providing clothing to underserved women in the New York City area who were preparing for job interviews, and participating in community events to provide information on preparing for interviews and appropriate workplace attire.
