It’s that time of year again when our Baal Dan Charities Treasurer Nobby Ahluwalia and our Board file our annual Form 990. Did you know that the average nonprofit in the United States take between 15% to 40% of donations for administrative expenses. In some cases, much more is spent on salaries, fundraising and other costs. Since Baal Dan was founded in 2006, our admin costs have been consistently less than 2.5% and in 2024 we only spent 1.1% on administrative costs. How is that possible?
