🚗 Parking Policy Update – Effective June 1 Beginning June 1, 2025, NVC will require parking permits 7 days a week, including weekends and during campus events. This change supports much-needed maintenance of our parking lots and roadways—and helps keep permit costs low for students. Key changes to know: • Daily parking permits remain $3 • No automatic fee waivers for campus events • New mobile payment options via QR and short codes • Grace periods will still apply at the start/end of each semester • Discounted permits will continue for CCPG and Promise students These changes were approved by the Board of Trustees and are part of a long-term plan to ensure fair and sustainable upkeep of campus facilities.
