A Ray of Hope on Earth Transforming Youth Through mentoring camps and workshops A CHANGED LIFE Your will to make us do better A lot of children dont get that at home so this mentoring will be an excellent opportunity for them. Allen Ray Michelle McElroy Ray and Michelle have been serving youth and young adults since 2008. In 2012 they created A Ray of Hope on Earth and became a 501c3 nonprofit organization. They are college sweethearts and have been married since January 1996.
