CACC provides a forum for residents to express their thoughts on community issues. Engaging neighbors in open communication and problem-solving. The College Area Community Council (CACC) is about what’s going on in Ventura and is of interest to College Area residents. Run by local volunteers, the nonpartisan CACC provides an open forum so community voices can be heard and important information can be disseminated.
